We do not manufacture solar panels, we do not act as an EPC contractor, and we do not function as a power utility or government authority. Our role is limited to guidance, coordination, and information support, ensuring customers clearly understand their options before proceeding with installation.

Legal Status and Nature of AOS

AOS is a legally operating Indian entity functioning under applicable Indian commercial and information technology laws. The platform www.newsolarpanel.com is operated as an information and intermediary service, providing advisory support related to residential solar systems.

Important Clarification

  • Subsidy approval is solely decided by government authorities
